EU BI-LATERAL RELATIONS
EFMA supports “good neighbourhood policy” and improved bi-lateral relations which promote a level playing field on fertilizers, gas and other key factors which can impact on competition between fertilizer operators. EFMA does not support asymmetrical agreements which only advantage one partner. Such one-sidedness is unnecessary for an industry where technologies and industrial development are founded on similar science and economics. Indeed the main differences to today arise from the levels of good business management and good HSE standarts.
